02 / How it works

Make a fake phone notification

01

Pick a style

Choose an iOS banner, an iOS lock-screen notification, or an Android Material card. Each one uses that platform’s radius, type, and shadow.

02

Write the alert

Use a generic app icon or upload your own PNG, JPG, WEBP, or GIF. Set the app name, title, body, time, and an optional stack.

03

Download the PNG

Export happens in your browser at 2×. Nothing is uploaded, and the image has no watermark. Free for design mockups.

03 / Styles

iOS and Android, on purpose

iOS banner

The banner is the light card that sits over a home screen: 22px corners, a 38px icon, a 15px title, and a soft drop shadow. Use it when the mockup shows the phone unlocked.

iOS lock screen

The lock-screen style uses a dark card under a large time. The notification time you type stays on the card; the clock above it is lock-screen chrome so the crop reads as a lock screen.

Android Material card

The Android card uses Roboto, a 28px corner radius, a small icon in the header, and a larger icon on the right. Extra stacked alerts peek out underneath.

Fake notification generator FAQ

What is a fake notification generator?

A fake notification generator builds a picture of a phone alert for mockups, storyboards, and tutorials. PushMock draws an iOS banner, an iOS lock-screen notification, or an Android Material card and lets you download it as a PNG.

Is the fake phone notification free?

Yes. There is no account, no captcha, and no watermark. Export runs in your browser and does not charge credits.

Does the PNG match the preview?

Yes. The download is a 2× capture of the preview, including the wallpaper crop, the card, and any stacked layers.

Can I upload my own app icon?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WEBP, or GIF under 2 MB. It stays on your device and is drawn into the preview and the PNG. SVG files are not accepted.

Are you affiliated with Apple or Google?

No. PushMock is an independent mockup tool. It is not affiliated with Apple, Google, or any app publisher. Preset icons are generic shapes, not official logos.

Can I use these images to trick someone?

No. PushMock is for entertainment and design mockups only. Do not use it for fraud, phishing, impersonation, or to make a fake alert look like a real system message to another person.

More phone mockups, not yet

Text messages, an iMessage-style chat, and a call screen are planned. They are not built yet. The notification tool above is the one you can use today.
